Having joined Agapé in the late 80s to do youth and schools’ work, Lesley is now the UK Director and Paul gives leadership to Human Resources & Leadership Development for the global movement.  As you can imagine, Lesley’s role is wide and varied giving hands-on leadership to those that lead ministry areas and operational functions as well as connecting with mission and church leaders around the UK and Europe.  A central part of Paul’s role is developing tools & resources for HR leaders in the 192 countries we work in, so our staff are well cared for and can be constantly growing.  You can have a peek at what this looks like by going to: www.LDHR.org
