Duncan, Paul and Henri

Hello!

We are Paul & Henri Duncan and we have both been serving with Agapé UK for over 30 years. Initially we were part of Discovery, which was the schools’ ministry of Agapé UK. Paul is now part of the Agape Europe Leadership Development and Human Resources team with responsibility for coaching and developing leaders. He has the reputation of asking great questions that help others to gain new perspectives and develop new solutions to their challenges. He is passionate about developing a true learning culture within Agapé. Henri is the Human Resources Director for Agapé UK. In her role she loves to support and equip staff for every aspect of their journey with Agapé UK; from the joining process, through each stage of their ministry career to when they choose to leave and move onto something new.
