We’ve been on staff with “Ukraine for Christ” (Ukrainian division of Campus Crusade for Christ Int.) since 1993. During those years we were part of the Community and Campus Ministry teams ministering to Ukrainian young professionals and students. At 2002 we became part of the team that is focusing on staff care, leadership development, training and personnel/HR issues among more than 130 Ukrainian staff of “Ukraine for Christ”, CCC Int. In addition to that, since 2016 Sasha is serving in the regional level focusing on 19 countries of Eastern and Central Europe with the responsibility of staff teams, senior staff and leadership development. Tanya’s big passion is to develop staff moms and girls, care for them and provide Biblical Counseling among our staff in Ukraine and Europe.
We believe that God called us to serve our staff and ministry leaders. He encourages us, gives His motivation and strength.
