Marcos and Miriam are married since 2006 and have two daughters: Débora and Lia. They have served in Agape as missionaries since 2004 with the purpose to make Jesus known to teens and families of Portugal. They lead SHINE – the High-School ministry – in Portugal and the Family Life ministry in the North of Portugal. As SHINE leaders, they want to see teenagers so passionate about Jesus that all their generation may see it’s worth being a Christian! At the same time, they believe there is a huge need to invest in the families, as they are increasingly under attack from all sides. Creating opportunities for Christian and non-Christian families to find the purposeful life in Jesus is their passion, investing mostly in couples’ development and parental education based on biblical resources.
