Hi,
I am Martin Riddall and I work with the Church Engagement Team here in the UK. I am excited to be a part of this new team and I look forward to seeing what God does with us as we work with local Churches around the UK to help more and more people get involved with helping others explore Biblical truth about their relationship with God through Jesus.
I live in Bristol with my wife Rachel who helps to lead our Church. We have three grown up sons and one daughter in law. Here’s a bit more about me.
After 8 years in the RAF I joined Agapé as a schools worker in 1988. It was fun working in schools and helping teenagers explore the claims of Christ. Later I joined the University Ministry and worked in Birmingham, Warwick and finally Bristol Universities. I left Agapé staff in 2009 to work with our Church and then, 4 years later I joined the Armed Forces Christian Union where I was responsible for encouraging military Christians in their faith. Now, 10 years later, God has led me back to Agapé which is all very exciting.
When I first became a Christian in 1983 I decided that I wanted to “Make as big a difference as I can to as many people as possible”. In all the things I have done since then I have tried to do the same. I am really looking forward to seeing what He does with this next adventure as I trust Him again to go, in the power of the Holy Spirit, in obedience to Jesus and leave the results to God.
